It has come to my attention that there is a significant lack of management control in the pharmacy department, leading to frustration among employees. Additionally, I discovered that no pharmacy professional is running the pharmacy store, which is a clear violation of drug and cosmetics acts. I believe it is important for us to address these issues promptly to ensure the smooth operation of our pharmacy department and to comply with relevant regulations.

Micromanagement, no clear outline of job responsibilities, ever changing rules, aggressive boss, old employees disrupting work culture, total politics! Job termination without reason

Toxic culture No policy. Everything as per the mood of head No redressal mechanism HR has no interest in employee welfare, only conduct events to show photos to management

No good mediclaims or benefits, u will be hired by a third party who will not provide a experience certificate specially with balco. Work timings are flexible if it's in a shift duty.

HR policies are worst. It changes according to their will.
