During the interview process, the Managing Director (MD) promised me the role of accountant cashier in the company. However, after just 10 days of training, the MD asked me to take on the role of a marketing representative in the company. This is very frustrating as they did not clearly communicate the initial position, and they have changed their minds abruptly. Moreover, the MD's treatment of employees is highly inappropriate. The MD uses offensive language towards the staff, which is not acceptable. Additionally, there is no designated dining area for the staff are expected to eat their meals on the top floor between 2-3 o'clock, which is unreasonable. This behaviour from the MD is unacceptable. The collection staff are required to work seven days a week, with only one paid leave provided for the employees. Furthermore, the MD uses the staff for personal tasks, which is also not acceptable. The MD's treatment of female staff members is particularly concerning and creates an unsafe working environment for them. In summary, it seems like they are running a system that resembles exploitation rather than a fair and respectful workplace.
