...mart. They was not help ful at all. just showing attitude and keep talks rudely. they commit good salary but give very less. My suggestion don't ever work there. And they lay offs new employee so don't waste your precious time over there.

~ No respect is given to employees. ~ All team leaders and founders are rude. ~ No appreciation for your work. ~ Sales driven company, if you complete your target you won’t be said anything ( you won’t be appreciated for your work) if you won’t complete the given target they will torture you that we will demote you. ~ No set incentive criteria, it depends on founders mood whether you will get incentive or not.

There is No personal space,No work life balance, Focus is just on revenu part which is not criteria to judge the skill of emplyee.
