Bahut achha work culture hai company ka. Senior bahut supportive hain. HR mam (Neha mam) bahut polietly baat kerti hain. problem ka solution kerti hain. Her employee ko family ki tareh se treat kerti hain.

Dislikes

HR me HR mam ka Assistant hai ( Shubham Sharma). Vo bahut hi bekaaar insaan hai. Mentally shayad disturbed hai. Kuch nahi aata hai usey. Confuse rehta hai her time. kuch ka kuch bolta hai. fir mana ker deta hai k maine nahi bola. Aise log pure department ki image ko Kharaab ker detey hain. Otherwise HR department bahut badia hai balaji ka.

No any drawback,But some time employee's behaviour can very deferent, Employee's can make own points, and not support and put your work on others but only some time.

No job security, "APNA KAAM BANTA BHAAD MAI JAI JANTA" wo haal hai is company ka i and my wife was working in reputed group after selection in interview we relieved from that groups but after 5 month they do bad talk with me and at last i leavev that company because of its HR and Management. HE is very bad they do only buttering to management only yes sir and yes sir so he survived here. He has no knowledge of HR.
