And no one disturbs you. And also if we show our talent in extra curricular activities except teaching then only you will survive there.

Firstly we don't have good teammates there . And at starting, you feel good at that college but later it will gone cz due to your seniors politics. Even though you're energitic to complete the works given by management but the credit goes to that politicians. If you want want to work in balaji don't care any one everyone. You directly show your works and energy or any complaints are there said only to chairman cz remaining all are just only entertainers there and your salary increments directly proportional to your admissions of students. Chairman encourage you if you show your talent in research and journals.
