I approach directly by calling him from india.he believe in me and applied for my visa.he didn't expect any money or anything from me .he really wants me to work for him.

...emember I'm not applying for my employment pass .my employer is applying for me.MOM is cross checking our salary account we all know that .but our salary account atm card was not with us.our employer told us to open a bank account for salary and he ask for the card which was provided by the bank .if MOM Come and ask me I will say my salary is 6500sgd .but actually my salary is 1350sgd .did I came there to sg to fight for justice or for earning money.if I fought for justice like a fool MOM reject my visa or banned my visa .at last who ever came from india for work will feel the guilt by saying false informations to MOM as my employer said.if i dont tell the false as my employer wants me to tell he simply cancel my visa .if I said truth to MOM .MOM will cancel my visa and put a fine for my employer. Result is same for a foreign employer .now too I'm not saying all these things to complain my employer.if possible tell him to pay my tax.my tax 1090sgd pending .I'm not a criminal or I'm not laundering the Singapore money.regulate employment pass and s pass strictly.or dont give ep and s pass to indians especially in hotel industry.make ourselves as workpermit fellas .atleast we are able to work there without a guilt.keep my employer's identity anonymous. I'm not saying all these to complaint my boss.im just saying the facts which is happening in little india especially in hotel industry.
