This company is one of the fastest growing company in world. And it's environment is good. It has good path where we stands my career developing skill and knowledge. So I like most my company. I love my company.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive

Dislikes

Timely employee benefits not given e.g yearly increment, bonus and other benefits. In last 5 years, company has been given only 2 increment. If you want to spoil your career then join this company.

Salary is not on timely. Bonus is not on timely. Appraisal is not on timely. Some time it ll take 2 and more years.

Good working procedure and cooperative for key skill improvement, good team working, it provide salary on time and job secure.

There is no work most of time often, which leads laziness on employee. It has bad effect on project, this company does not provide good accommodation to the Junior staff.

...oper transportation for shifting employees no vehicle arrangement to visit site. Company policies are very bad appraisals are not fair and doesn't give good Salary hike and bonus every year

No personal in this company including management wasn't have proper workmanship. There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. No proper vehicle availablity and no proper arrangements of vehicles to visit site or to shift employees. There was no proper labour will available to work management wanted to complete thousand labourer work with only ten members of labour and work continues for day and night.
