1. So much holes in management and after difining, organisation will blame you for pointing out. 2. Faculties are not cooperating here. 3. Faculties and higher staffs treat the support staff like rats or some kind of bugs. 4. No appreciation. 5. If you are try to find job in this organisation try elsewhere, in last option you may kept it. 6. Co-staffs are helpful. 7. Lack of training materials for the job done.
