Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Not getting any promotion after working for 14 years.

The organisation is very professional in all aspects and does a lot for its employees benefits.

Dislikes

The employment policy of 2 year adhoc & 3 years prohibition period even for an excellent employee who has won numerous laureates for the organisation. Earlier the policy was of only one year prohibition.

Working here is great experience and team cohesion between colleague are also good.

I am new here so i didnt find anything now, there is always two sides of coin but now I can not provide feedback of this question.

As I had done my teacher training from the same school,to work in this institution was a dream come true.Its enthusiastic environment always motivated to render best of my teacher skills.Being good in art gave me a recognition and to be in star books of my principal sir Mr.Bhattachrya.

No dislikes,if I get an opportunity I would like to work again in Bal Bharti Public School.
