No professionalism and no hierarchy. Growth is non existent. Gender biased and even told that they don't like to hire women. Manager commented on getting menstrual leaves and she said one should bear it and come to work.

No opportunity to grow as I m the only one who is looking after the whole department, reporting manager is not very much familiar with my work profile

The Environment is good, supportive staff and all management is like father figure, timing is good with no work presher

Extra curricular activity, fun activity, Festival parties and team outings are not there further not proper work allocation, salaries and annual increments as there is no proper policy relating to it.

I had very bad experience in this company.... Worst I have ever seen in my life.. Please dnt join this company otherwise your career will be destroy... There is no value of work. Very bad... I just hate this company..

complensation is decent but growth is little slow, working hours are flexible maxi 8 hours working in a day i have to attend various training and development .Management value the individuals. I appreciate customers and vendors appreciation in marketing and purchase.
