They will just terminate you just like that. They won't train you properly. It was my first time working for a US company and I didn't know anything. Thy said there would be training but wasn't there. The trainer I got was really worse. She would not train she would not review my work and will put all blame on me at the end. If you will get a very good trainer then it would be good. Now I joined some other US company and things are really good here. But there it was horrible.
