They are not at all supporting during lockdown. Pay cut has been done for no reason. We are working day and night and getting 70% of agreed CTC that too with a lag of 2 months. Pay cut has been done till Mar 21 which is unrealistic.

There is no motivation for employees. CTC gets deducted for no reason. Salary gets credited with lag of 2 months.

The only thing good is that at the time of joining you will be very well treated but as soon the time goes on. They only talk about customer satisfaction.

Dislikes

No permanent employees working more than 2 years. A bunch of 8-10 employees who found this organisation as their only option & will work till retirement. They have very short duration project. So they can fire you anytime.

I like how the partner and manager supports regarding work and gives time to stay professionally update, teammates are really awesome people with deep insights to the subjects
