NOTHING TO LIKE ABOUT THIS COMPANY

Dislikes

They hired us for Job A and make us do Job B. Poor Management Compensation is paid after 3-4 months of completion of contract No proper management of work even with clients Worst company to work with. I would rather suggest to be unemployed rather than working in this company.

There is nothing one can like in this company.

...that no one can catch & beat him. All unethical practices are followed by him. Salaries are delayed, Basic component of Salary structure is reduced without informing Employees so that Gratuity can be paid less. No HR policy is in place. Forget increment, FNF is delayed unnecessarily. One needs to fight badly with COO of the company for release of their FNF, the moment you fight with him for FNF, he treats as if he is showering his favour. No proper infrastructure, no insurance. Huge discrimination while assigning increaments results. Favouritism does exist. Forget employees reimbursements, you need to keep spending from your own packets. Middle & junior are expected to work from 9.30 to 12.00 with no extra benefit. Social life is for a toss. Most of higher Management & seniors are involved in Share Marketing activities rather than work.

...le centralised HR Team. You won't get response from HR Team for any query/ mail. No bonus, no increments. They don't give maternity leave to women employees. If you go on maternity leave, HR will force you to resign. Very irresponsible partners. Very high attrition rate.

...he market to catch good candidates coming from Big 4s but are without a job now. They were hired for a bargain salary by the captain. But then started withholdin the salaries or were asked to show the minute by minute work done when followed for salary. Some of us ran away in the third month itself. Please dont join even if you dont have a job now. Just wait patiently ...something better will come your way

Nothing worth liking.

Delay in salary and F&F payment. No growth opportunities. Audit division has been recently banned by RBI for 2 years from auditing any banks or NBFCs for certain non-compliances done by the firm. Majority clients currently done by the firm are banks and NBFCs. This might affect the future prospects of the firm in the are of statutory audit. No work life balance.
