...my career was in a good way i was espect to be a maneger if was there up to now.i was growing well,the salary was good,the politics in the company was ok, no complain.the work envoiment was ok .too.

Bakerhughes has high quality of service in technology and has a great team of employees, it has a client base in all over the world.there is always a room for career development through training and innovations

I work on contract hence no compensation when contract is finish and no job security.there is no direct contact with the manager you have to rely on Email even when you have to buy small office stuff.

Work life balance and culture is good.

The company does not pay the Bonus(variable pay component) if an employee is serving their notice period, though the employee have contributed for the entire financial year and the company's results are publicly available. It is also very difficult to get a band change or promotion, as the company frequently in every 2-3years perform band/layer restructuring.

Good WLB and some team members are very helpful. US managers are chill. Permanent WFH available based on team.

Dislikes

Low salary. Bad management in last 2 years. Frequent leadership change affecting team morale. Slow growth
