Work life balance and culture is good.

Dislikes

The company does not pay the Bonus(variable pay component) if an employee is serving their notice period, though the employee have contributed for the entire financial year and the company's results are publicly available. It is also very difficult to get a band change or promotion, as the company frequently in every 2-3years perform band/layer restructuring.

Good WLB and some team members are very helpful. US managers are chill. Permanent WFH available based on team.

Dislikes

Low salary. Bad management in last 2 years. Frequent leadership change affecting team morale. Slow growth

Very friendly work environment. Good work life balance. Work from home facility. Job security at least in India..

Compensation is descent but growth is slow. Perception based appraisal rather than real performance.. if you performed well in the beginning it will be carried forever and vice versa.. very less training sessions.

Team members and mangers were very cooperative.Exposure to learn was provided.Compensation was decent but hike was not satisfactory.

No onsite opportunity was provided.Job security was a toss during crucial periods.No consideration was given during headcount reduction process.
