The company does not pay the Variable Bonus if an employee is serving their notice period, even if they have contributed for the entire financial year and the company's results are publicly available. It is also very difficult to get a band change or promotion, as the company frequently updates its policies every three years.

Good WLB and some team members are very helpful. US managers are chill. Permanent WFH available based on team.

Low salary. Bad management in last 2 years. Frequent leadership change affecting team morale. Slow growth

Compensation is descent but growth is slow. Perception based appraisal rather than real performance.. if you performed well in the beginning it will be carried forever and vice versa.. very less training sessions.
