...at. Management is ok. No work pressure that's the good thing about this company. For overtime you get more salary.

No salary hike even after good work. You will get max 2200 per year increment initially 5 years. No leave for probation period. Even after confirmation less facilities are there. They tell a lie about increment, facilities, promotion. It is smalll company so less scope for higher salary. Most important don't trust HR. Bhagwat and Ambapkar.

Ok company for 2-3 year work. Relax work No stress in working hr.

.... About increment (upto 25 %per year) paid leave 34 per year everything is lie. Some candidates got less salary than discussed in interview. No facilities. Don't trust HR here very fake person. Don't trust Ambakar.

i am work in tool room there is no much growth in tool room but in quality & application department good growth. totally facts is if ur fresher then there is chance of learn more about production planning & manufacturing process.

Everyone is doing politics From day 1 , HR (ambapkar) will start fooling you by giving fake promise Then plant head , hod, top management Company is totally under union people Engineer are like Casual helpers there Think 10 times before joining

please do not sign the bond. the bond is such that if you leave, you will have to pay money, and even if the company terminates you, you will have to pay 3 lakh rupees Therefore please do not sign the bond. if go to ask hr Bhagwat about the bond, he will rudely dismiss you. if you are wise, don't go and if you do go, do not sign the bond, trap as there is nothing trustworthy about it
