Unstructured work culture, lot's of favoritism. Nobody borrows what work virtual team is doing (actually they doesn't do anything and enjoy salary). They hire people for senior positions and within 3 months ask them to leave the organization. Really this is so toxic.

But company really not good, they have own rules no extra payouts no bonus no leaves nothing, my suggestion for new joining people's is please don't join this bajo foods it's my humble request.

i have worked under assistant production manager hari sir he gave me an enough information about all departments and the product he actually made me to do the work practically inside the factory and all the executives supported me to work and gain my knowledge practically i would like to thank hari sir sonal ma'am and every one who supported me through my journey

they wont follow the culture and the tradition on some special occasions employee wont follow the greeting culture

Nothing, it was a mistake joining this organisation. If you want to keep your mental sanity intact, please spare yourself from this organisation.

Really difficult bunch of people to work with. No work boundaries what so ever. Favouritism at its peak. Assigned work outside of what you are actually hired for. Only the old favourite bunch of people are thriving and have stayed with the organisation, anyone new who joins is either fired without any reason or leaves within 3-6 months of joining. HR department is abysmal.

Don't go by the few nice reviews here, internal push by hr telling employees to write nice positive reviews. Trying hard to not use profanities to express the culture in this company. No proper seating also here
