...eds know to take only labour & complete a tough target of production per hour. They deducted salary but no any facilities for medical first aid No learning opportunities No growth Bad behaviour, bad environment No job security, No facilities Maximum chances of accidents Canteen is not free & food quality is very bad But work pressure is very high Here a labour is much better than a degree holder
