Working Environment, misbehaviour, poor work life balance, there is no working time in the company and many more things which I don't like about them.

Likes

No work life balance. It's 12 hrs or more than 12 hrs working time everyday. Saturday working. Heavy work pressure. Even you have to forget about having food. Almost every you won't be able to have food on time or have skip your lunch or dinner or both. No leaves. You cannot take leaves due to work pressure.

...urity is important part but it is depend you how to work with your organistaion. They have good incentive plans and salary is also average. I also gain lot of experience from Bajaj Finserv because this one is my first job and company in my life. And about work environment so i was feeling like corporate. About work life-balance so it is parallel. So finally it was good time, experience and had a good platform with Bajaj Finserv.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow, The work pressure is high. Sometimes i have to work 11-12 hours straight in a day as i have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

... No work from home policy Only allowed who's employees are closed with manager. Parishilit with off roll emp and on roll emp Low Salary they are given. After 2-3 years they will increase like 2 k min. And if u discuss any personal issue with mang or TL and ur performance is low then that personal issue raised in daily standup meeting in front of all. IN TIME IS FIXED BUT u have to compromise ur out time So bad culture n mental harassment is more compared with others teams

...ing leave balance. 7. No buy out policy (despite of available in hr policies) 8. Held salary for 3 months despite not having any such policy and compelled to revoke resignation by blackmailing on salary release. 9. HR is not employee centric.
