Iam working as a recovery officer I'm in off role though Team lease agency I am not get as much they committed to me salary. No benefits, no allowances also My reporting manager also very ruthless Treated as his own employee.

Work and experience is very high level and salary and incentive next leven but office politics is very high level no stuck promotion and manger support zero pressure hight level.

Working culture is very boring and must pressur be like manger will more pressure me how to you do bussiness and conversion

There is a lot of pressure in working and achieve the target, they even abuse their employees. The customer has to give wrong information and the card is sent through wrong communication

Working on every Sunday is worst part.Even we are working hard and honesty but no increase salary every year.in this job no holidays and no sunday special leave. There is no work life
