They are providing good facilities and salary to the employees. Earlier more employee benifits was there gradually its getting reduced.

Employee benefits related policies getting changed in between the year. Like when i was joined they told me 5days a week but after sometime they have changed the poliy and we have to work on Saturday as well. Also due to cost cutting
