I worked in Bajaj Finance from 2021 to 2025 as an off-roll employment. I was kept. I was assured every time that I would be made an on-roll employment, but nothing was done. I wasted my life in Bajaj and my financial health was ruined.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.sometimes, I have to work 10-11 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Manager's do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time.

...us when ever necessary i learnt a lot while doing job than in training sections.career growth was a bit low,salary was not up to mean , working environment was cool,work life balance was not up to the standards.as it depends on individual.it may be different in other casses.

... No work from home policy Only allowed who's employees are closed with manager. Parishilit with off roll emp and on roll emp Low Salary they are given. After 2-3 years they will increase like 2 k min. And if u discuss any personal issue with mang or TL and ur performance is low then that personal issue raised in daily standup meeting in front of all. IN TIME IS FIXED BUT u have to compromise ur out time So bad culture n mental harassment is more compared with others teams
