The manager, Clint, and team leaders are very terrible and salary is also less they pressured if sell was not done, there is no office time is proper if sell not done they worked extra hours.

Bajaj Finserv Health has free lunches, the salary compensation is decent and the ambiance is good.

Dislikes

The HR and management don't really care about their interns and exploit them. They don't stick to their words, and change their mind every now and then. Lots of interns recieved campus placement with internships but later their PPOs got cancelled. Plus, a lot of employees who work there are leaving because of the toxic environment by the senior management and less scope of growth

1: You don't have to worry about bad things, QA manager will tell you what to say in front of SMT, every review is fixed just like a match fixing. 2:QA manager is not skillful, he fools SMT, you can fool him, he does not know single line of code, but he will pretend to be very smart and every good thing is done by him.

Alternate Saturday working. Don't join QA Team as Manager is not visionary, he will only think of his promotions.
