Zonal Head he is too arrogant and playing with the team members emotions, very rude and very bad in nature too. Bcoz of that lots of PPL leave the company, so many emp complaint against him but ... Sab mili juli sarkar.. No HR support n nothing

All department head supportable. I like all top management and his support. Problem in Bajaj Broking only HR. She is not even able to recruiting core profile due to this business also hamper some time .. Company only need to reframe proper HR structure (mostly senior HR)

HR not a play her core role just playing & creating politics culture. Only problem I’d HR test I don’t thinks so any issue.

There is no job security with Bajaj securities also there is no proper mentoring there is fixed KRA management vision is not clear which is affecting employees career think twice before joining Bajaj. There is no proper support for sales people there is no lead support for sales people HR is very unprofessional.
