NO work life balance. You are expected to be available to work 20 hours a day and all 7 days of the week, no exceptions. HR will tell you that two Saturdays (and all Sundays) of a month are off. But once you join, your boss will call you to work on all Saturdays and some Sundays. If you dont like it, you can quit. If you make a small mistake or can't complete your work in the unreasonable target deadline, you will be shouted at and verbally abused, loudly, in front of multiple colleagues. And, dont even think about asking for vacation days. By policy you get 36 leaves per year. Practically, you may get 2 or 3. Also, no work from home, at all, for anyone, in any circumstances. Need i say more ?

Internal politics , if you are working as F.O.S ,you have to do something up to 7years .. no internal job recruitment.. outside people easyly get job with 1-2yr F.O.S experience

This job is not on-roll job, it is third party job, so work pressure is very very high, and in case for growth, very rare chance to promote, Company's senior thinking is not standard, they thinks that Finance Executive nothing for them, seniors opinion are not good for (fos-Field office sales), In this company Politics is very high.

... bosses. They only use abusive language. Forcefully ask your junior for funding. 70% salary goes in funding.

Work culture pathetic. No personal life. Uneducated people Work there. Maximum regional manager level employee have fake degree. No Sunday
