The company is good but there're pure domination for female candidates!! The working atmosphere Is good and package was good but my team wasn't good for me. Female candidates can't expect a job security. Apparently a female candidate can work only for 4 months or until 6 months. They made me self relieve. They made me to do that on my own. It's been two months I haven't received my settlement yet! So for female candidates there's no job security there's no concern for female staffs the office leaving time for me was 8.30pm to 9.00 pm. There'll be no pay for your hardworking (incentives). In my opinion for female candidates there's an ample of company out there please don't get tempted of this package and don't waste your time by working here.

There is a lot of politics and business politics salary is decent but over timing and over duty there is no training self learning here no bond if you can do the work if you cont resign the job

Every single department is operating on politics. No respect for real talent. Abusive Senior management team. Worst working culture. No holidays to employees. Pathetic HR team who don't do any work or support at all.

Salary on time. Salary and incentives are very good. Company gives incentives open heartedly to get work done.

Work culture is zero. They treat you like a machine. Intense work pressure. Received call even at 11 p.m for numbers. Once i had to work with 102 fever . Very abusive. Every one from top to low level use abusive level in offical meetings and conf. Calls. Zero personal life. Has to work on sundays most of the times. No leaves
