Forcefully you have to buy refurbished laptop from them and monthly EMIs will cut directly from your salary, for your personal work you have to buy another laptop. Employees do not have enough space to sit. Every morning employees are fighting for chair and desk.

Great Variable pay. Auto promotions. Casual wear. Seniors are accessible and helpful. Good year on year growth. Internal job postings can really help you get a role you desire.

Most of the employees use foul language in the office. One might need to work on Non working days as well. No fixed office time. I have seen people working till 12am and heard that some have worked till mid night.

You get your salary at the end of the month. This is the only Pro of the company.

You will have to forget your family to work here. Even if your father is no more and you need to take a leave to perform his last rituals they won’t give you 1 day leave because according to the managers in bajaj finance if they show that they are able to suck the life out of the employee then only they get promoted.

...ce policy. It means you have to pay EMI for the laptop you use for their work...gets deducted from your salary and if you leave the org., You will have to pay the entire amount of the laptop. Also they sell at a much higher price than than market rate. Next thing you know they will convert everything into subscription model. You have to pay and use so that you can contribute in their revenue generation.

NO work life balance. You are expected to be available to work 20 hours a day and all 7 days of the week, no exceptions. HR will tell you that two Saturdays (and all Sundays) of a month are off. But once you join, your boss will call you to work on all Saturdays and some Sundays. If you dont like it, you can quit. If you make a small mistake or can't complete your work in the unreasonable target deadline, you will be shouted at and verbally abused, loudly, in front of multiple colleagues. And, dont even think about asking for vacation days. By policy you get 36 leaves per year. Practically, you may get 2 or 3. Also, no work from home, at all, for anyone, in any circumstances. Need i say more ?
