Forcefully you have to buy refurbished laptop from them and monthly EMIs will cut directly from your salary, for your personal work you have to buy another laptop. Employees do not have enough space to sit. Every morning employees are fighting for chair and desk.

You get your salary at the end of the month. This is the only Pro of the company.

You will have to forget your family to work here. Even if your father is no more and you need to take a leave to perform his last rituals they won’t give you 1 day leave because according to the managers in bajaj finance if they show that they are able to suck the life out of the employee then only they get promoted.

Captive finance, no need to source cases from open market. Provide loans to those customers who are come to purchase bajaj vehicles.

Salary and appraisal not good, appraisal got only on incentive, no salary hike. Travel claim reduced. Too much depending on dealers,

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

If you manager is good everything will be good as salary, incentive, job satisfaction and work life balance

Old generation people at high level which doesn't accept the changes and have lack of knowledge as per current market requirement also leads to bulling at workplace. And tooo much politics
