You will have to forget your family to work here. Even if your father is no more and you need to take a leave to perform his last rituals they won’t give you 1 day leave because according to the managers in bajaj finance if they show that they are able to suck the life out of the employee then only they get promoted.

Salary on time. Salary and incentives are very good. Company gives incentives open heartedly to get work done.

Dislikes

Work culture is zero. They treat you like a machine. Intense work pressure. Received call even at 11 p.m for numbers. Once i had to work with 102 fever . Very abusive. Every one from top to low level use abusive level in offical meetings and conf. Calls. Zero personal life. Has to work on sundays most of the times. No leaves

Policies and rules are different.....People are treated as per their Band not as per policy......One with the power or sitting at higher level can do anything they like or can manipulates policies......They don't treat you equally like I mentioned People are treated as per their Band not as per policy

NO work life balance. You are expected to be available to work 20 hours a day and all 7 days of the week, no exceptions. HR will tell you that two Saturdays (and all Sundays) of a month are off. But once you join, your boss will call you to work on all Saturdays and some Sundays. If you dont like it, you can quit. If you make a small mistake or can't complete your work in the unreasonable target deadline, you will be shouted at and verbally abused, loudly, in front of multiple colleagues. And, dont even think about asking for vacation days. By policy you get 36 leaves per year. Practically, you may get 2 or 3. Also, no work from home, at all, for anyone, in any circumstances. Need i say more ?

I like bajaj for there mission vision and there HR policies.Co has pay u complete salary although industry was highly effected. They support us by video calls for training. Post covid relaxation people are forced to change there department to collections without consent

This captive finance company so u r highly dependent on bajaj showroom. This make u paralysed once big whale close his channel so thst is draw back. And being first preference for finance in bajaj two wheeler u have less opportunity to develop skills. All u need is monitoring. And post covid people asked to shift for collection without consent
