New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

As a company is very good.but I am not a company person.I am in Bajaj in 4 years.I have so many target achieved.But company r not allow me by direct pay roll .I think I will perfect & I hope achieve the promotion as a pay roll of Bajaj Electricals.

I'm working with Bajaj Electricals as 3rd party not a payroll and the management behave like not wea are human.No increment last 2 years and reduced staff from concern CFA and their work load to distribute to transport Coordinator.

In Bajaj payroll they are always happy timely salary bonus increment etc. they will depend only transport Coordinator in logistics department but no growth. All the work done by transport Coordinator and end of the meeting the manager said what are doing transport Coordinator.

...iya & South Indian staffs are made a separate group and controlling the project. Also, good salary increments & Promotions have happened in only those groups. no time to spent with family as I have worked 12-14 hours a day. No monitoring process have on Project Manager so they attend the office after 2 pm and complete their work till long night. Career growth is very slow for on role staff, and last two years no increments are provided to the off role staff.

I was on off roll. So less salary & No benefits . No work satisfaction because the work assigned to me was different from my profile no involvement in main activities . If you are getting recruited for Off roll . Think thrice before joining because you will feel bad by seeing the benefits and salary of On roll employees.
