I was on off roll. So less salary & No benefits . No work satisfaction because the work assigned to me was different from my profile no involvement in main activities . If you are getting recruited for Off roll . Think thrice before joining because you will feel bad by seeing the benefits and salary of On roll employees.

Salary is on time to time .... Time is very flexible , staff is very friendly

Canteen and bus 🚌 both are not free means it was total paid ... working culture is highly pressurise and toxic ....... Shifts are rotational as per requirement as session to session

As a company is very good.but I am not a company person.I am in Bajaj in 4 years.I have so many target achieved.But company r not allow me by direct pay roll .I think I will perfect & I hope achieve the promotion as a pay roll of Bajaj Electricals.

All DSO work in ground level but there salary is very poor.this is the very dislike matter of Bajaj Electricals.

I've been working a lot here, the employees make a lot of effort in learning, the culture here is supportive, I love this company

Don't join this company because there have not good culture for logistics. You will have to work over there too much time but no holiday no weak off and if you have medical issues it's your problem no leave will provide you by company. I had joined in this company it's my biggest mistake in my life.

Everything is dislike 1 there is not a fix date of salary credentials of offrole employees. 2 Your HR of your consultant are not responding when you have a query he just say as Bajaj said to him. 3 No overtime or holidays will pay to you because you are offrole employee. 4 There have no culture here Bajaj employee treats you like a labour.
