Flexi timing Culture is not toxic

Dislikes

...it's started only for a specific department. Unrealistic time lines are given. Pay dispersion is not fair. Marketing is never clear about what they exactly want. Unwanted pressure is created only on one department regardless of who is responsible for the delay in project.

I was on off roll. So less salary & No benefits . No work satisfaction because the work assigned to me was different from my profile no involvement in main activities . If you are getting recruited for Off roll . Think thrice before joining because you will feel bad by seeing the benefits and salary of On roll employees.
