The company work around the world in power distribution. I love the fact that i am part of a team, high quality works and has a global client base. As a result, i get travel abroad, especially to the Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on our project and clients location. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to back my suggestions most of the time...

Lots of politics, law professional growth, daily Work pressure 10AM to 1-2 AM, sometimes till 5 AM on next day. Within 10 minutes releaved all accountants after spend 7-10 yrs without any notice just impliment Robotic process in Accounts, yet earned many times savings of Lakhs of amount, perfect performance. Due to politics retraining to Dunkies and sacking to Smart workers.

I was on off roll. So less salary & No benefits . No work satisfaction because the work assigned to me was different from my profile no involvement in main activities . If you are getting recruited for Off roll . Think thrice before joining because you will feel bad by seeing the benefits and salary of On roll employees.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
