MIDDLE & LOWER LEVEL MANAGEMENT ARE NOT GOOD. DISPARITY IN SALARY FOR SAME DESIGNATION, MOST OF OTHER BENEFIT NOT PROVIDED BY COMPANY AS PER PRACTICE IN MARKET

Company falsely advertise jobs and then put you to a telesales job with no help from company’s side you have to create your own leads and clients with weekly ultimatum of firing you.

...not supportive and stakeholder are also rigid in terms of hiring the candidate Salary hike is only 20-25% max. They ask to join the candidate wheres actually candidates are not interested. This is should be called a "DUKAN" not company. No washroom in the branches.
