Too much politics, poor increment, Favoritism, no carrer growth , no learning opportunity, nobody cares about your hard work, poor management, (lala Company), if anyone want to join this company lern and move out from here , don't give much time , it will just ruins your working carrer, you can forget what you had learned in past working experience, if i will tell i had nothing gained in my working knowledge , even whatever i learnet from my previous organisation, I forget it here, every department have big politicians,

Can't survive without having your own clients Higher authority isn't that much skilled They dont know the how actually process works Putting pressure unnecessarily Brokerage structure was very low

There are no cons. A person who is motivated and needs proper guidance and wants to earn 10x incentive besides the salary then Bajaj Capital Ltd. is a best option for his/her.

I will neven suggest anyone to join this company.. All are frauds.. I left the job 4months before still don't get my salary yet.. They are not even cooperating.. They don't pick the call also don't text back.. No communication.. Ridiculous. I will take legal action now.

I used to work as a sales executive. I improv my communication and customer handling and my managers was Supportive,That is only thing I liked about company

Dislikes

The most important is salary was delay, more than 2 to 3 weeks , No holidays constantly 10 days of working without any holidays.
