Overall it's a good organization to work but having huge requirement to improve to become better. Good ethical values.

Although company having good ethical values but they ignored it at covid lockdown, 50% salary cut even for support team). Since support team were not being incentivised when business was at boom so there should not be salary cut when business is at low.

Timing issue no time for family to much busy schedule slow process in growth companies policy are very irritated.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is not good enough career and growth is to slow.

Non toxic environment, friendly culture, a certified "Great place to work" company. Managers are amazing and supportive in nature. Loads of work is limited. Bole to bindaas. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Before joining recruiter said, direct channel leads will be provided but after joining branch manager said go to market and collect data and 3 time give for monthly ctc salary justify after give travel allowance. Branch manager and old rm follow only one rule hire and fire, high pressure to new rm

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
