Progress is very slowly before 1 year no chance to on bajaj on roll Saturday is holiday but we still working salary structure is very low campaign others staffing company hr not visiting and meeting to solve their problems work trasanfaricy required other company is develop so many things for ezee to work i love new developments for work

Company work culture is good

Salary is not justified as per work load, onrole employees and offrole employees pressure and work delivery is same, but salary in comparison is low. Last financial year appraisal balance received approx after 7months.. no appraisal Letter generated and money was hold by BASS which got released after 7 months as due salary.

working tools and IT technology is good , salary deposited on time, office infrastructure is very good, work load is also none at back office and operation.

Dislikes

team surrounding i.e old office staffs are not supporting, training and guidance not provided by company, career growth - definitely nobody can get career growth here. HR team never update about IJP and career growth, no increment given by this company after good appraisal, operation, admin and back office employees are like a liability for BASS and BALIC that i felt. new Fresher staffs ar hiered on big package while old performer are crying for increment. terrible experience. FNF settlement takes 2 months while they provide written statement time of 1 months.

Domestic allowance very low for collection.mobile allowance and bike allowance anymore anytime not received me still.bass will never give up to still.very worst this action.

Our 1st level supervisor,most of the officers are womenizers so they are very friendly to women and rude to men.men has to work for those women boss is in relationship.hr is will not stand with employees they will stand only with 1st level supervisor.
