...manager on Sat and Sun. So there is no work no life no balance. Growth is none. No salary increments. Very very very low salary. Incentives earning is very much difficult. By any chance if you entered into the life insurance industry and especially into Agency channel then life worst. Extensive traveling across the city on your own expenses. Very hectic job

DARPAN SIR WAS VERY HELPFUL DURING MY JOB. I LOVE THE WAY HE PROVIDES TRAINING. ON-TIME SALARY AND WEEKLY OFF IS THE MOST SATISFYING THINGS IN BAJAJ.

IT IS SO SAD FOR ME TO KNOW THAT THE CULTURE IN BAJAJ ALLIANZ LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY IS WORST. EMPLOYEE IS BEING JUDGED ON BASIS OF THEIR CASTE AND COMMUNITY. I HAD BEEN TREATED THE SAME WAY BUT WHEN I COMPLAINT ABOUT THE SAME MY VOICE HAD BEEN PUSHED DOWN. NO SUCH ACTION IS BEING TAKEN AGAINST THE SENIOR. I BEGGED TO HR BUT NOTHING HAPPENED. I HAD BEEN SO HARSSSAD DURING MY JOB. NO ONE HELPED ME. I CANNOT DESCRIBE THE WAY I HAD BEEN TREATED. IF COMPANY WANTS TO KNOW THE ACTUAL TRUTH. AFTER THAT I HAD BEEN THREATENED THAT I WOULD BE THROW OUT FROM THE COMPANY AND THE SAME HAD BEEN DONE BY THE BUNCH OF PEOPLE. BUT I WILL NOT LET THE THINGS GO AS EASY AS THE PEOPLE THINKS.
