Management is a bit clueless and less emotionally oriented but overall it's a good place or organisation to work for or work in. In December i got gallbladder remove surgery and I got post surgery health issues i am not able to travel 50 kms/ day from branch to my residence and vice versa i had faced a lot of problems But my reporting manager namely ARSHAD WANI AND ASM Mr. ASHIQ don't coperate with me and send me abasccond mail and termination letter from hr total injustice Ganderbal Jammu and Kashmir Destroyed my career

Job is a very good gift from God it cannot be bad. It serves you and your family. No dislikes. It can be possible that you get a bad manager who doesn't understand it's team members but it's okay, you get paid for your job noone else opinion matters. I agree that at some point of time tragactries of growth will get affected if your manager don't understand you but at the same time if you are not satisfied you can look for change.
