Few senior managers working since long are famous due to their notorious activities they eats the bonus and increments and portrait them as bad performer and humiliate them openly. everyone knows this but can't do anything because their contacts with upper management guys.

Not getting salary on time, bad Area manger, bad HR, Always getting negative reviews no matter how much efforts we are giving . No support from highers ups. Getting too much calls and VC even on holidays. Still didn't got experience letter.

Here there is no system for credit the salary and it's based on Manager's wish . If Manager wants to hold the salary, he can without any reason also... So Bajaj is not better choice for who works harldy with honesty....
