HR Formelities is too bad. HR is very weak. joing to exit you have to fill all the things without any help. If you joined then Your frist salary come after 3 months. Work life balance , politics is too much between staff members.....

Work life balance is very good, easy leaves, good salary, very transparent process.

Dislikes

Very strict underwriting guidelines which makes it difficult to generate business, high incentive but so many criterias otherwise no incentive, targets keep on mounting every three months, reimbursement of expenses is difficult.

BAGIC Provides lot of quality products to customers. Salary for employee is gud but they dont give allowence & reimburse all things.

Dislikes

Virtual Office department is very too worst there was no support for employee to do business ,dont expect business without company support. I was affected by this reason and ends this Job as Insecurity .
