Salary structure is so poor,not secure job.This is commission/insentives/pay out based job.I am sorry to say now a days all insurance companies became a broker based job.You can give payout to brokers for each & every policies.

Worked in Bajaj Allianz since last 5 years and defenitely I have excellent learning experience in this company. Job security is good even in COVID we were getting our full paymet in every month . Good bonus , leaves and most important is best team mates I have ever work with. Working with such team mates was never boring. Best experience

Less salary and increment for offroll people. Best benefits for onroll people's. If we want growth in this company then we should be on onroll position rest all is good

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Teammates are okey, can't see any career growth out here, salary is avg but appraisal happens after an year of joining, travel is there,politics is prevail n, cudn't say i have learn't much, work environment is avg, innovation is there, my work life balance is poor.
