Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Everything, No salary on time, No growth, Worst work environment, deduction from salary for late coming, Upper management also not supportive, no one is taking responsibility for any issues. No use of HOD or HR.

Can learn alot a pure mechanical engineer company. The company has great potential, good policies for employees office timings. No heavy workload. Do work and take your time to complete.

Dislikes

Never get salary on specific time can delay for 2-3 months or more. No job training. No work will be given as per JD. Team mates and management are pathetic for your Growth and new opportunities. Company more depend on consultant rather than manager/department head. Management also takes first opinion of consultant rather than department head. So right place for manager post.

Salary is never given before 25th of month ( they promise to give by 10th during hiring ) . This is subjected to receiving payments from customers else you may never get also. They cut PF but will not credit to your PF account. Huge dues for suppliers to an extent that they stopped working. In one word they are in a wedge of shutting off.
