...rking timing very bad 10:00am to 06:00pm and working experience is not consider in appraisal that's very bad salary very low provided to employee

...e ,teammates are supportive and management is too supportive with transparency .BISLD policy are good , appraisal are fair and they give good salary and bonus every year. Over all is finest.

...o one is hiring since it is a purly NGO irrelevant accounting work experience. I will suggest not join since the salary package offering is also very low as compared to other NGOs. The workload is very much than the salary offer by this NGO

The company is working on base line to increase the sustain mode for interior or poor rural villagers. I love the fact that i am a part to of a team that help the poor. Also as a project accountant i have learn many more from here not only accounting but a human value.

Here career growth is very slow. I have work very sincerely but they (seniors) overlook my work. Also yearly assessment process is not well they assessed without any exam or as they want and increase their neighbor only. Here seniors staff are quarreling each other and ultimately loses have to got by juniors.

हो , खुप चांगला अनुभव आला. भविष्यामध्ये काम करत असताना मला नेहमी ऊपयोगात येईल. सहकारी मित्र पन चांगलेच भेटले. कधी पन कामात अडचनी आल्या तर त्यांचे अनुभवानुसार अडचणी दुर करण्याचा प्रयत्न केला. पगार सुद्धा वेळेवर होत असे. कुटूंबाचा वाढता खर्च सावरताना थोडा त्रास होत असे. परंतू काम करत असताना मज्जा आली.

गरजू लोकांसाठी काम करण्याची संधी BAIF मुळे मिळाली . लोकांसोबत काम करताना समाजातील गरीब जवळून पाहीली. अशा कुटूंबाचे ऊत्पन्न वाढवण्याचे काम करतांना अनंद मिळत असे. नर्वस व्यक्तीच्या मनामध्ये आशा निर्माण करुन त्यांच्याकडे साधने उपलब्ध करून दिली. परिसरातील ऊपलब्द नैसर्गीक साधनांचा वापर करुन नवे अशेचे किरण त्यांच्यासाठी निर्माण केले.
