...artment is good. But matron madhuri is not taking proper decision against staff. And there is no salary appraisal. Without any reason they are changing department. I went at wadia for cardiac experience but she has changed.after so many request she react arrogently.cardiac department is very good. But management from matron is worst.

Management of matron after humble request not to change department from cardiac she has changed my department without giving any reason. Even though may departmental staff do not have any complaints against me. No complaints from doctors, nurses, incharge, servents, etc. Worst experience.

Bai jerabai hospital has job security is 100%. I would like to say about this hospital that it is very good for work and experience too. But the hospital is not providing the better policies. I hope they will look into this.

There nothing as such to recommend anyone to work for Wadia Hospital. Management people are more like dictator.

Management are divided in many group. It is not easy for anyone new to survive there. And as a Marketing officer people/management staff were thinking that "Marketing People has no respect" anyone will target you. In Wadia is like Many cook making single dish. At the end dish get spoiled.
