Lots of internal politics. Management doesn't address employees issues Their is no system of exit interview. Whatever your HOD says is listen & followed by HR & higher management. Lots of internal politics played by HOD. Most of the HOD micro manage work of honest & sincer hard working employees to save & settle their favourite employees.

Salary on time, vacation on time, emergency leave on any time, good accommodation and food, medical facilities, transportation facilities etc...

Dislikes

Still ticket is upto Mumbai or Delhi sector and extra coast will deduct from employees account.

I had a challenging experience working with Sohar FMMD. Having been moved across various sites as a replacement and then finally being told i were allocated to a permanent site, only to later be shifted again due to some internal conflicts, must had frustrated, especially after feeling that i had found a stable position where i could grow professionally. It’s disheartening when workplace dynamics—like a manager’s personal issues with colleagues—affect decisions that impact your career.

Monthly salary is received regularly No Pending Salary issues. Food quality and accommodation are Good. The best company for new employees to learn about good jobs.

I like everything over there. The Bosses are very kind to their employees. The pay, the accommodation, food and medical etc...

The Job is insecure, they can kick you out anytime for any mistakes done.
