I had a challenging experience working with Sohar FMMD. Having been moved across various sites as a replacement and then finally being told i were allocated to a permanent site, only to later be shifted again due to some internal conflicts, must had frustrated, especially after feeling that i had found a stable position where i could grow professionally. It’s disheartening when workplace dynamics—like a manager’s personal issues with colleagues—affect decisions that impact your career.

Homely atmosphere and independently can carryout our respective work responsibilities.

...tion as per performance and experience span. Still some partiality exists there. We never got proper annual bonus there. There is no proper system of getting gratuity during separation from this concern.

Work work work... Company run by lot of malayalis... So there is always politics in work place as well administration... They support only malayalis....

Dislikes

.. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Its all about what u have ....if you are satisfied in that ....that type's.... Bec is better option....

If you are working there five year your salary almost same when you joined .but new ones getting more salary then us...no increment.
