I had a challenging experience working with Sohar FMMD. Having been moved across various sites as a replacement and then finally being told i were allocated to a permanent site, only to later be shifted again due to some internal conflicts, must had frustrated, especially after feeling that i had found a stable position where i could grow professionally. It’s disheartening when workplace dynamics—like a manager’s personal issues with colleagues—affect decisions that impact your career.

The one thing i like the most about this company is that the employees get their salaries at right time no matter what comes. And they arrange to send their employees to their home at time of emergencies.
