I had a challenging experience working with Sohar FMMD. Having been moved across various sites as a replacement and then finally being told i were allocated to a permanent site, only to later be shifted again due to some internal conflicts, must had frustrated, especially after feeling that i had found a stable position where i could grow professionally. It’s disheartening when workplace dynamics—like a manager’s personal issues with colleagues—affect decisions that impact your career.

Job security is best,its equivalent to a government company and have paid as on date salary of all staff exactly by 30 or 31st of every month.

Dislikes

Yearly performance assesment need to be taken up constructively and also skill development training including interactive sessions are required to be organised by HR team.
